Since opening in December 1998 Scirocco Cafe has become one the most popular restaurants in townsville, owned and operated by three young chefs, Tanya Hudson, Maria Priante and Weerasak BanchongPhian. Located in chic Palmer st opposite the maritime museum overlooking sweeping views of the boat masts on the river makes for a vibrant and breezy dinning experience under the sails.
The food is of consistently high quality, and has taken Townsville by storm with a smart mixed menu of two very popular cuisines mediterranean and asian.
